Every row of the litbuy spreadsheet, explained before you tap Buy.

30 checked rows, packed weights, QC notes and the shipping maths nobody puts in the sheet. Start with a search, land on the partner catalogue, and order with your eyes open.

Seven categories, one reading habit

Each rail is a different question. Shoes ask about batches. Hoodies ask about weight. Bags ask whether the shape survives a compression bag.

Checked rows, not screenshots

This week's litbuy finds

Four rows we re-read on 5 November: the price is the sheet price, the weight is the warehouse scale, and the QC badge means a real photo exists.

Prices and availability move. The partner catalogue is the source of truth; this page is the reading aid.

The method

A spreadsheet is a menu. Read it like one.

A row gives you four facts and hides three. We surface the hidden ones before the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Find the row, not the picture

Search by product name, then confirm the seller and the variant in the row. A pretty photo can belong to three different suppliers.

Check the QC angle

QC is evidence, not a guarantee. Look for the mat, the label and the stitching close-up — our field guide shows what each angle proves.

Weigh the parcel, not the item

A 720 g hoodie becomes 900 g after the bag and tape. Use the chargeable-weight tool before you compare prices.

Apply the coupon to the right line

LitBuy coupons usually discount shipping, not goods. Check the minimum freight threshold before you plan a haul around one.

Is litbuy legit? Start with the boring parts.

The platform is operated by LITBUY LIMITED in Coventry, UK and IYFENIX SARL in Paris. That is a real registered footprint, which is a better signal than a Trustpilot score. The rest comes down to how you pay and what the warehouse photo shows.

The best litbuy spreadsheet is the one you can audit

Three formats dominate the niche. They fail in different places, and the failure usually costs more than the row saved.

FormatWhat it is good atWhere it breaksBest for
Public Google SheetZero cost, instantly shareable, familiar tabsDead links, no weights, mobile scrolling, no QCWindow shopping
Static index page (this site)Fast, explained, schema-rich, stable URLsNot a checkout; prices can lag the catalogueDeciding what to buy
Partner catalogueLive stock, QC uploads, coupons, checkoutOverwhelming filters; no editorial contextActually ordering

Best practice is a two-tab workflow: read here, order there. See the full format comparison.

Questions buyers actually ask

litbuy spreadsheet FAQ

Six answers, no affiliate fluff. If a question needs a longer answer, it links to the page that has one.

Is this the official LitBuy spreadsheet?

No. litbuy.bar is an independent reading layer. The rows, prices and product photos come from the partner index at spreadsheetlitbuy2027.com; we add the checks, weights and plain-English notes. Every outbound link carries ref=litbuy.bar so the partner can see the traffic came from here.

How often is the litbuy spreadsheet 2027 index updated?

The partner catalogue refreshes several times a week. We re-read all 30 sample rows every 45 days, re-weigh the five most-clicked items, and stamp the page with the review date (currently 5 November 2026).

What does qc litbuy actually show?

Warehouse photos taken after the item reaches the LitBuy consolidation warehouse: the item on a measuring mat, the label, the stitching close-up and the scale reading. Our QC field guide explains what each angle can and cannot prove.
