Build 2027.11 · reviewed 2026-11-05
A status board, not a static sheet.
The litbuy spreadsheet 2027 index is a reading layer with a changelog. Below: what we changed, what we re-weighed, and what still needs a human eye.
Headline
The single largest cause of a bad haul is not a high price. It is ordering a variant that was never photographed. This build makes QC state a first-class column, so a row without a photo is visibly a different kind of row.
Re-weighed
Five high-traffic rows were re-weighed after packing. Average drift: +14%. Hoodies drift most; accessories drift least.
Dead links removed
Four rows pointed at delisted variants. They were retired rather than redirected — a wrong redirect is worse than a missing row.
Median row
Half the sample sits below this price before shipping. The mean is higher because outerwear skews the tail.
Heaviest category
Jackets. A single puffer can push an otherwise light parcel into the next freight band — check before adding a second one.
Largest weight jump
A hoodie that listed 690 g packed at 787 g. The gap is the poly bag, tape and a folded hood.
Next full review
Forty-five days from this build. Rows that die in between are retired in the changelog, not silently dropped.
Open questions
Batch naming is still inconsistent between sellers. Two rows labelled "top batch" are not comparable without the seller name in the row.
How we label rowsChangelog
What changed since the 2026 sheet
Four changes that affect how you read a row. Dates are review dates, not publish dates.
Packed weight added to every row
Previously only item weight was shown. Packed weight includes the poly bag and tape, which is what the freight line charges.
QC status split in two
"Measured" means a mat photo and a scale reading exist. "Pending" means the row is live but the evidence is not.
Category pages gained price bands
Each category now shows its cheapest and most expensive row, so you can price a haul before opening the catalogue.
Coupon thresholds corrected
Three coupons were advertised without their minimum freight. The coupon page now lists the threshold next to the value.
Coverage
Where the 30 rows sit
A sample is only useful if you know what it over- and under-represents.
| Category | Rows | Median price | Weight band | Read this if |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Shoes | 5 | $49.50 | 760–1,180 g | You care about batch and box weight |
| Hoodies | 5 | $33.80 | 560–780 g | You want the best cost-per-gram |
| Jackets | 6 | $51.15 | 540–1,240 g | You are building a winter parcel |
| Tees & shirts | 3 | $24.00 | 240–420 g | You need filler rows |
| Pants | 3 | $30.40 | 480–640 g | You are matching a top |
| Bags | 3 | $23.00 | 320–460 g | You want a light add-on |
| Accessories | 5 | $12.60 | 90–260 g | You are chasing a freight step |
Picks from this build
Four rows that survived the re-read
Not the cheapest four. The four whose price, weight and QC state still made sense after checking.
FAQ
2027 index questions
What is new in the litbuy spreadsheet 2027 version?
Three things changed in the reading layer: every row now carries a packed weight, QC status is split into measured and pending, and the category pages list the cheapest and most expensive row so you can see the spread before clicking.
Does a 2027 timestamp mean the prices are live?
No. A date stamp only proves when the page was re-read. Live stock and price live in the partner catalogue; treat this board as the audit trail, not the till.
Why do some rows say QC pending?
The item has reached the warehouse but no photo set has been uploaded yet, or the upload is older than the stock batch. Pending is not a red flag — it is a "wait a day" flag.
