Measured rows

Rows with evidence, not promises

These rows have a photo set. The weight on the card is the packed weight, which is what the freight line will charge.

Pending rows

What “QC pending” really means

Pending is not a failure. It is a timing signal — and timing matters when a coupon expires in three days.

Legitimate reasons for pending

  • The item reached the warehouse within the last 24 hours.
  • The seller shipped a new batch and photos have not been re-shot.
  • The warehouse is at peak load after a sale event.

Reasons to wait, not buy

  • The row has been pending for more than four days with no update.
  • The seller changed the variant but kept the old SKU.
  • The price dropped sharply and the photo set disappeared at the same time.

Three checks before checkout

Read the row like an inspector

Even a good photo set can hide a bad variant. These three checks catch most of it.

01Match the label

The size tag in the photo must match the variant in your cart. Colour names drift between sellers; size tags rarely do.

02Compare the mat

Chest width and sleeve length read from the mat should match the size chart within 1.5 cm. More than that is a different cut.

03Weigh the claim

A “heavyweight” hoodie under 600 g packed is not heavyweight. The scale is the least emotional witness in the warehouse.

FAQ

QC and the spreadsheet

Does every row have QC photos?

No. Twenty-eight of thirty sample rows have a measured photo set; two are pending. The badge on each card tells you which is which before you click.

Is QC photography free?

Basic inspection photos are included by the platform. Extra angles or a video can carry a small fee, and the fee is charged at the warehouse, not at checkout.

Can QC photos prove authenticity?

No. They prove condition and variant: stitching, label, colour and measurement. They cannot prove factory origin or material composition, and any page that claims otherwise is overselling.
