Pants: measure the inseam, not the waist
Three trouser rows, 480–640 g. Inseam drift is the most common reason a good row gets returned.
Waist sizes are noisy across sellers; inseam measurements on the QC mat are not. A 2 cm difference changes the break of the trouser and cannot be fixed by a belt.
Weight is the second signal. A 480 g technical pant and a 640 g cargo are different garments even when the photos look similar.
Before you add it to a parcel
Three pants checks
Short and specific. Each one has saved a parcel at least once.
01Weight band
Pants in this sample runs 480–640 g. Add 120 g for packaging if the row only lists item weight.
02QC angle
Ask for the inside seam and the hem. Outside photos hide the two places that fail first.
03Coupon fit
Check whether the coupon discounts freight or goods. A shipping coupon does nothing for a single light item.
FAQ
Pants questions
How many pants rows are in the index?
3 rows, with packed weights from 480 g to 640 g and a median of $29.50.
Are the pants weights measured?
They are warehouse packed weights from the partner catalogue where available, and conservative estimates otherwise. The QC badge tells you whether a photo set exists.
